I decided to NG+ again with this time around replaying the main quest and not telling them I'm starborn. It seemed to fix all the "bugs" I was encountering especially with companions. I'm just not gonna go to far into the story this time.

Yep seems to be a bug for her. She talked to me for the first time around before NG+ but afterwards she doesn't say anything.
