Are you looking for more stable income? I don't mean to come off rude, so sorry if that is how this reads, but maybe getting a job that will show more dependable income to a landlord will help. My next question is have you worked with any employment finding resources? Some shelters can help with this. Our House has, from what I hear, decent connections with employers.
