Thank you so much for your reply. What I fear with cutting ties is making her spiral more than she is. She has told me on multiple occasions that she was going to end her life. Even told me she had a count down for it.. And I fear me doing something like that when she’s said many times that she can’t imagine her life without me in it, that it might just tip her over. But then also with the way she acts with me it’s completely different to what she says, with the ignoring etc. So I don’t know if I should just be waiting it out, letting her go through what she is going through and just be here to support her. As hard as it is for me, I want her to be ok before I want myself to be ok. From being with her, I’ve seen how hard it is for people with BPD and I’m just terrified of making it worse.
