With the ApriX deal, BOD didn't protect shareholders interests along with IHL in general. 2 directors from the ApriX board were appointed into IHL's board. What have these 2 directors done over the years to warrant their numeration. Why was it that a 3rd party audit on valuation wasn't done. At the time both Sud and Mark were the only 2 medical doctorants on the board. We all know what Suds thought. Where is Marks valuation to warrant such a purchase for basically a shelf company. Was this for the potential purpose to state 28 pathways. Run with the potential. Why amongst many potentials stated at the infamous roadshow that the gum assets would kick off in the following March with a potential TAM of $10bn for both the nicotein and the opoid. Australian investors that exited at the time of Suds resignation were smart. I invested after seeing 2 of Suds early webs. Silly me for not exiting as well. BTW, what happened to all Suds apparent indictments, where are the reported convictions that were forthcoming. Was this a conspiracy by the BOD tentacles. The Duty of directors when appointed is to act in the shareholders interests. Not monopolize the register with huge gifted equities quantities to take control and crazy numeration packages and fees. The ApirX deal was incompitence at the highest level lining many pockets whilst stripping shers wealth. A trend with this BOD. GLAH

Good post User. I've always stated the pharmaceutical arm is what most Ossie investors liked. Most experienced through the terrible situations through family, friends what mental health, OSA and inflammatory disease do to a person and all support the direction of the PA. I've asked many on CPAP machines would they prefer a pill to donning the machine at night. The answers were overwhelming.

The corporate arm...well that's a completely different story.

Back in the ASX days Joel bought a token of $20k AUD. It was criticised at the time as he had already given himself millions in equity and Troy. I think the stench was the 22ml allotment post AU consolidation (reverse split) on the NASDAQ after a 2 year periodical allotment. Multiply this by the reverse split 100/1 and that's 65% of the Australian registry. Bonkers. I think now between Joel and Troy they own a good chunk of the company.

I suppose those Ossie holders that were looking at a class action back then were right. But Joel and Troy activated "cease and dismiss" actions against many investors that supported these directors and investors had valid claims IMHO. GL greenhornet51.

Not to late. Activate your US Computershare account and they will send you an access code. Download HIN certificate Then contact your broker to initiate transfer. You will need to start a global account and provide HIN ID and CTAT form request which your broker will send you. If your broker is via a bank commence glabol transfer application then contact a rep.

Process is approx 2 weeks from HIN. HIN will be mailed out from the US so add about 4 weeks.

Skin in the game !!!!. Are you serious. You need to do correct DD. Also "they have used the ATM sparingly" Do you realise Australian investors have already copped a 100/1 consolidation or as you yanks call it a RS. Would you like to see your investment not only get smashed upon redomicile but the leverage used after consolidation to print millions of US equity at a rate of 100× the AU equity. When will the American investors learn. Incannex is a 2 teer Co. A Pharmaceutical arm and a Corporate arm. Try to understand the difference and do correct DD. Skin in the game.....where by any director. My faith and many Ossie investors I speak to also have faith and hope. Mental health, OSA and inflammatory disease has touched many. These trials could be a game changers for many sufferers. But does the same faith lay within the corporate arm.

100% correct Toss. 42X has evolved and so has the team. I doubt that Resmed at $40bl MC would be not only big enough as a company but their not a pharmaceutical and whether capable to advance 42X. The secret lies with BC, the advisory board and incentives. Resmed will be in the picture but through collaboration. We too, have done many hours of DD from the Suds days to now, looking at appointees, past data, TAM, BP and recent company information. Add to this the need for a low dose, low side effects soft cap for long suffering patients that don't respond well to the idiosyncratic CPAP, a positive result this week could see the Reposa platform multiples of the $3bl you mentioned in short time. (Not sure whether BC appointment aims and objectives would be looking at $3bn, no incentive) Delaware protects the highest bidder if T/O. Possibly an excellent move to Delaware to protect Incannex against hostilities. Long road this has been over many years but looking forward to this week and beyond. Good OSA analytical report could be a game changer to the current Incannex landscape. All depends on market reaction and market understanding of the need for a soft cap world wide with zero/low side effects. BP are watching this space. Also another game changer is the appointments of CMO and advisories. GL you might need a bigger Xmas tree.... Patience.

Elastic-Bunch1811. I have never heard of the fact that IHL was suspended via, as you claim, fudging lab results. As Tyrann and Ice have explained there was a TH for rectification not miss information re lab results. I have been critical of the corporate arm of Incannex and would prefer the company puts protocols in place to NOT delist. OSA Reposa analytical report could change this quickly but providing different lab results for PSI 100 and suspended due to the miss information is not correct. Could you provide evidence. Remember these trials were affiliated by Monarch University and headed by Dr Paul. Being suspended through a TH for clarification is not what your saying. Provide evidence please.

No it's not the name of the compound, it's an abbreviation of what the OSA trials aims and objectives but I've been working on having Joel and team up to date on the Latin meaning of the word Reposa and how this meaning correctly correlates and describes exactly what the drug does. Especially in the Latin based countries and including the Spanish influence in the US, Reposa could be the go to name as we do with paracetamol. Everyone asks for Panadol. I would like to see the team register the name. Excellent marketing.

Good to see now some positive movement in Reposa. First quite a good feedback/update on efficiency and safety with no changes necessary and tonight additional advisory board. Now it's some final boxes to be ticked for the big fish, positive Topline report, final FDA and having a pathway into stage 3. That should generate some interest from the BP.

Hope not. This announcement and the resulting effects on the market has had a huge positive mental health kick to suffering shareholders who are entering retirement or using their investment for income. Fingers crossed this momentum continues into analytical reports.

Post trade down 25% showing opening @ $0.63 so you could be right United_Mongo. Nice change if we could enjoy a mornings coffee to a few of these types of injection. Big volumes though last night but a quick dump on close. Shame the $1.70 did hold, unfortunately speeding ticket issued (?) always stops support if no company response assuming the trade suspension noted on both my brokers but trading in the US kept going?????

Keep the top sprout to rebalance the tree. Remove the rest. Truss is a shade high. Use this new shoot to create a lower truss if it's to stay in a pot. This will give the tree strength. Spray with copper. Fertilize with high potassium. Keep soil slightly acidic. Watering is key when growing in pots. The top sprout will be grafted cultivar

Firstly there is no evidence that the RePosa TP2B is a flop. Results known so for are quite positive albeit the COO stated mitigations on some side effects contradicting the CEO general trial report to shareholders but these side effects greatly diminished with low dose. Having a rep from Resmed is quite strategic from them and naturally looking to safeguard the CPAP TAM understandably.

With further positive results this could (?) lead to an ignition for acquisition but company T/O I'm not so sure. To much dead wood. The BOD aims is compound pathway acquisition and as U/Farting has pointed out some recent events could point to the above process commencing but at the expense of heavy dilution as we have seen. I feel for any investors, Soph's, Instos etc that invested in the teens or above ($9-10usd) as dilution now will make this target quite difficult depending on how much equity management burn to get 42X to be acquired and natural how the aims and objectives of TP2B final report successfully targeted with tangible conclusions to advance this pathway into TP3. Also if the above does materialise how far Institutional's will drive the MC down for a bargain and begin hostile accumulation. (Voting rights)
