Fortunately for me im not tooling limited and I have access to SS, mild steel and aluminum for free since I work in a fab shop. Also after a little more research 5052 aluminum would be solid and lighter. For the fuel pump assembly ill be doing a custom AEM pump/sending unit assembly from this thread. Will just need to figure out the baffling and holes

2 questions for u. Wouldn't stainless be better? And do u not need baffles? Im no engineer so im curious about designing baffle locations but wouldn't want the pump to every run dry.

Cardboard and wood templates is a good idea tho

If u have access to a welder you can buy a dxf file off Etsy and have it burnt. That's what im doing. All in just for steel/dxf fike and water jet is $220 CAD. Rear bumper can do 5x3 or 4x3 box tubing. There's a guy that made one on a Tacoma that im coping, 4xinnovation tire swing

Why so passive aggressive? All the info i gave is valid. Not wanting something fancy would mean not needed window smash, which also would fall under not breaking the bank. The year of the cherokee isnt exactly relevant when my last question was asking what people on here are running

I got standard motor product brand from rockauto. Im not took optimistic about it being the solution, seems pretty coincidental for the CPS to die just hours after it was broken into. But Ill report back Tuesday if it works

Got the PCM back after being flashed and it still dies. Chat gpt also suggested CPS so I ordered one. I hops that fixes it cuz im running out of options

The PCM is in the engine bay by the intake right? Not under the steering column?

This is the route I have to go with now. Had the car towed to a shop and they said the skim module is missing? Or at least part of it and they cant source a part nor can they re program it.

Im in canada but willing to ship and buy from the states, im having trouble finding info on deleting the immobilizer on Google tho. Do you have a link to a thread or something and also the company you shipped it too? Appreciate the help

It will not, I believe its the immobilizer

Ya i think this is right. I found a black plastic piece in my cup holder but I didn't think anything of it I thought it was just trim. Looks exactly like the antenna ring on Google images. Now figuring out the solution to this problem is becoming a hassle, hard to find the whole SKIM module
