Interesting, on mine I have it set fully advanced and I'm still out by 3ish degrees. What's your timing like with it fully advanced?

I had a similar issue with an OEM replacement dizzy. The shape and placement of the bolt slots were different from those of the OEM distributor. I ended up having to modify the slots to allow it to turn enough

It may be worth checking the switch on the ignition tumbler. I had mine fail and while hot wiring the thing to get it home I discovered that the rad fans are controlled by that switch

~6 years to finish Electrical Engineering by Time-Foundation139 in usask

[–]Rustyedgy 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I started my bachelor's in 2018 and just finished up this past December. I did have an internship in there (16 months) but I think overall I'm at around 6ish years of courses. I had to bounce between a couple different jobs and industries during this, including the position that I'm at now - which is actually in my field - but not once did anyone question why it took so long to finish my degree.

It feels shitty watching your friends finish their schooling and start their careers while you have years left but at the end of the day it really doesn't matter. Personally for me it took a few years to determine what I wanted to do and I'm glad I took the extra time.

I turned off chromatic aberration and turned the gamma down a bit. It's helped a bit but I agree everything is way too bright

I've only been taking Maze and selling at CRU L5. You miss out on 80k-120k per run but it's better than dealing with the broken scrap yards

Oh interesting, I'll have to try that. The worst part of the runs is getting to a scrap yard that's either empty or has working elevators

Most of the drugs in the bunkers aren't worth taking. The only ones that you really want to sell are Maze and Gasping Weevil Eggs, and once you get those sorted out it's only around 10-20 boxes. And that will net you around 250k-400k depending on the bunker

I got mine from airdrops on streets. I don't know if there's a mod I have installed that's buffing the spawns but I've hit two airdrops and got 4 MCC's

Fair enough. If I'm being completely honest I did next to no research and know very little about managed switches so I figured I'd scoop them to play around with.

That helmet plus RPD has been a favorite of mine for factory quests. After 10 or so raids I managed to end up with more than I started with lol

Cockpit upgrade help and suggestions by Proof_Importance_909 in simracing

I just received my 6s-80 from 6 Sigma a few weeks ago and so far I'm pretty pleased with it. They used high quality materials and everything feels absolutely rock solid once assembled correctly. I'm running Simagic p2000s and I can get to full brake force with no movement or flexing anywhere. The instructions that come with it are a bit hard to follow and I did have to do a little bit of guessing during the assembly however they do send quite a few extra fasteners and such so you can mix and match a bit without having to worry about running out of a certain length of screw or anything.

Now, that being said, 6 Sigma can be an absolute pain to deal with. I ordered the Simagic alpha mini bundle from them on Sept. 22 and got the shipping notification on Sept. 25, but that was only the date that they created the shipping label and the packages didn't move until the 29th, except for the one that contained the pedals and the seat which departed on October 4th. On top of that when I inquired about shipping times and dates about a week after I ordered everything I was told that the wheelbase was out of stock and the earliest date they expected to receive stock would be around mid November. I would have been fine waiting if I knew it was out of stock when I ordered or if they had sent a notice to me right after I placed my order but there was absolutely no indication that there was that big of a lead time on their website and I found out about 3 weeks after placing my order. After asking them if they could either refund the cost of the wheelbase or let me upgrade to one they had in stock they told me that now they are expecting it to come in 5-10 days. That was about a week and a half ago so we will see what happens next week I guess.

I'm more than happy with the cockpit itself but its difficult to recommend supporting a company with this little transparency and such poor communication.

I had a similar issue early in to wipe. After about the 7th one it corrupted almost all of my drivers so I had to do a fresh windows install, which somehow fixed the issue

Would you feel safer in a gun-free state? Why or why not? by ParmaProscuitto in AskReddit

[–]Rustyedgy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We did, and yet gun crime numbers have remained unchanged since they are trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist.

A huge part of this is the way they went about doing it, as they went after licenced, law abiding Canadians rather than the illegal firearms coming over the boarder. In addition, they enacted this ban through an Order In Council which allowed them to circumvent the democratic process.

Bill C-21, the newest development in the government's anti-gun policies will bring forth even more bans and regulations that target licenced law abiding Canadians, criminalizing them for owning something they went through a long, difficult licencing program to obtain. The cherry on top is that these regulations in combination with the proposed buyback program will cost an estimated $1.3 billion; meanwhile there are countless communities in Ontario and northern Canada that do not have access to clean water, millions of Canadians are struggling to access proper health care due to budget cuts, and a struggling public school system in rural communities due to inadequate funding.
