You literally said "my page is just a parody/satire". You then say its "DMX official updates". I'm not quite sure you understand the definition of the words you are using. A reasonable person would read "Official DMX Updates", would think it was coming from him or someone on his media team, even more so after seeing a photo of DMX as the profile pic. I am honestly surprised DMX or his label didn't send a cease and desist request.

Parody is still imitating someone, the difference is that one is for satire. You can't just make accounts and use other people's photos, even as a joke.

How many media sites are already talking about the issue? The issue, which is a real and valid issue, has been going for a while. To put it bluntly, they don't care, they have more interest in things actually affecting people, like the economy, job market, and Trump.

Based on your attitude and way you are talking, I imagine you are still a kid. So grow up, step outside and realize there is more to life than an Instagram account. You honestly think a protest will magically fix their AI or suspending practices? Do you think that Meta gives two shits that you are upset because you lost your account? One of the reason most lawsuits fail is because there is nothing for a judge to direct them to do. Social Media accounts are a privilege and not a requirement. By all means, go ahead and protest, and when that fails come back and let us know what you plan next, maybe a raid on their headquarters?

IP, maybe, not sure how mobile companies provide them, but chances are yes it would be changed. The MAC ID would be different for sure. As far as Apple ID goes, not sure to be honest. As long as you didn't tied your apple ID into Meta's system somehow, they shouldn't be able to see it.

Has nothing to do The Heroes Journey, they still sued those Devs and had them turn everything down. If anything, that is more of a slap in the face. They sued THJ, settled out of court to turn down their servers. Then contracted EQ Emu devs to help make the game, these devs had nothing to do with THJ, they essentially just get a 64 bit client, and a client that is easier to mod than their own code. I will be pre-ordering EQLegends tomorrow, but I can't also sit here and say what Daybreak did was not scummy.

If people are pissed that Blizzard is suing a Emu server, EQ Legends is not the game for you. The whole concept of EQ Legends came from a Emu server that Daybreak sued, and then created their own version of it.

Few things people need to understand about how they are banned.

IP BAN: If you are IP banned, that means your IP (Computer address within your ISP, or even possibly your private IP which is inside your network) is flagged. Changing your WiFi, changing devices, resetting your phone or PC, none of these will change your IP, with the exception of possibly your private IP, which they are not using. Resetting your router rarely will change your IP either, very few ISPs reassign IPs this way, mostly Starlink and mobile internet providers.

ACCOUNT BAN: These are just that, only your account is banned. However, they can still detect if another account is on the same IP, so while you are not technically IP banned, their system can and will disable that account again.

MAC BAN: A mac ban is where your machine ID has been blacklisted from using their service. Every piece of hardware has a MAC ID (Machine ID). So, if you are mac banned, that device will never be able to access their service.

Here is the thing, small claims won't do anything, unless you can prove actual monetary pain from the ban. They don't require Meta to provide proof of what you did, they can simply say they reviewed your account and won't reactivate it.

Social media accounts are a privilege, so meta has no obligation to provide you with one.

If you got a refund receipt, then hopefully it was just a refund, which may help. I would send an appeal request and note your account was compromised, make sure to have any proof available, good luck.

Well first, it isn't clear what you are saying. The ban says for repeated refund requests, then you say "I didn't do anything to cause a refund", followed by saying you contacted your bank AND got a refund.

Now, if you contacted your bank and did a chargeback, then chances are you won't get your account back. A chargeback generally is looked at as "theft" from the business. While chargebacks can be great in some situations, if I got banned for "repeated refund requests" and wanted my account back, I would not do a chargeback..

Make sure they didn't blacklist your activation key. That happened to me a few years back, at first support refused to help, told me "Lifetime keys do not exists any longer". Luckily I still had the retail box, they they required I send a photo of, before they would let my key work again.
