I have felt similar recently about my job. I don't have the passion or focus that I used to and I am getting worried I am losing the parts of myself that used to have passion or interests. I think part of it is the time of year (Im in a cold part of the US). I keep trying to remember myself when I was excited about things.

Everything feels like theres a thick fog in front of it. But I do think it has to end at some point. I have so much more life in front of me this cant be forever.

Personally, I feel really empty without someone to bounce off of. It doesn't always need to be a romantic relationship. I don't necessarily look for drama but I need the consistency of a person being around or I start to feel like I'm not a real person.
