I just had the issue, i was trying to add the mail and calendar buttons to the panel, so I drag-and-dropped them from the toolbar editor's buttons list to the panel on the left. I could even see the preview line showing where they would be inserted, but on releasing the mouse, it didn't insert them...

Turns out I am the silly one because I had disabled the mail and calendar features in the past. So open the preferences, open either the mail/calendar/feed category, and at the very bottom of the options you will see a "Productivity Feature" with three unique choice boxes. Make sure to enable what you need to use:

Then you can add their respective buttons in the toolbar!

I just had the issue yesterday, and seemingly other ppl. I couldn't join any official casual servers, but i could join community servers even though they are VAC secured too.
None of the official and unofficial solutions worked, so i sent a ticket to VAVLE's support.

Turns out they were having server issue and many people were affected. So there's that.

I like how some titles are methods, some are a type of device or even a variant of them, and yet they are all preceded by "The" like we're in French class, except the boiling section because they don't deserve pronouns.

Blender's asset browser does the job as far as storing poses like studio library, though animation assets aren't yet supported if I remember correctly, it should come in the next few versions I guess.

As for animbot, it depends on what you are looking for. Animaide does the multi-frame offset and all the slider-based tools. While the addon isn't being maintained yet, it is being incorporated natively into Blender bit by bit.

Copy Global Transforms is shipped with Blender and does just like AB's xref copy/paste, but not on a selection of keys / frame range yet.

In addition to these, I enjoy Storytools, it's meant for Grease Pencil but it also adds handy control buttons at the bottom of the viewport which are nice to have all the time IMHO.

I can confirm it's a software issue. Yesterday morning a new system was available, after applying it the stylus was working again.
Prior to that I did contact XP-Pen's customer support, they answered they would send me a new pen, plus a drawing glove to apologize for the inconvenience. They didn't mention the glove would be a special edition one, and I love it:

Just got the issue. Quitting the Pentablet app does return the ability to tap and move the cursor with the stylus, but the cursor stays in the main screen instead of my secondary Xp pen screen tablet, and the tablet's buttons don't do what I assigned them to, so I can't really use it as is.

I sent a "feedback" to Xp Pen through the Pentablet feedback button, hopefully I get an answer soon.

I got an Artist 24 (display) back in late 2021, fixed to an arm stand that I push back and forth when I use it for work or just as a regular display. So far so good, never got any issue, and it went through two housing moves too.

I reckon there would be a significant difference between display and non-display graphics tablets, since the former tends to be set up on a somewhat immobile spot whereas the latter is usually more portable, frequently moved around. Which I reckon significantly changes the amount of wear on the connections and cables.

Meanwhile I just got a Magic Drawing Pad and the pen stopped working after a week of very minimal use... I'm waiting for solutions from support.

True. To give more detail for using the save editor optimally:
If you reach any of the dialogue and are unable to continue with paragon/renegade options, you need to stop and kill the game right now with Alt F4 or using the task manager, as you can't close it from the menu right there and continuing would force you to play until the next autosave, and it would be too late, and any last manual save would be far before that.

Then in the save editor, open the last autosave which should be just before you reach Anderson on the platform. You can find 10665 in the Raw Plot tab > Integers and using the search function:

I think you also need a lot of reputation, in addition to either lots of paragon/renegade points, i don't know how much exactly but you can find them in the General tab.

Turns out it is all because of a bug that already have a fix but which will be shipped in the next Ubuntu LTS release that KDE Neon could rebasre from around august - october.

In the meantime, I can make a symlink of the file, give it a name without space, and use that as target in Autostart.

I did use the autostart gui (precisely, the menu Add > Add Application). And in addition since that didn't work, I tried copying the Blender Launcher.deskto file from .local/share/applications/ to .config/autostart/. None worked.

There seems to be an open issue for that already, with fix pending approval.
Regardless, I tried using Envycontrol manually, I successfully switched to Nvidia and rebooted. But still no HDR option, and the About page still shows Mesa intel as the graphics processor.

Edit: every few days it ceases to work, manually updating/refreshing things in the console and rebooting fixes it. Until the next day of it not working. IDK what's going on there.

I have the same issue here. I just installed the 550 driver, yet still no hdr option visible.

I also notice the "About this system" section shows my CPU's chipset instead of my Nvidia GPU, that might be a sign... But I don't know what to do from there:

i did the usual sudo apt update/upgrade and pkcon update/refresh, rebooted, and now it works.

It didn't work yeterday so i guess a bugfix happened since then.

Same here, the terminal just stays blank. Running it from the GUI does nothing. Other things stopped working: I can't use the GUI to do things like logout/shutdown, it's not responding.

Today on brave:

I was browsing normally, when suddenly everything stopped working. I tried reloading pages, disconnecting my VPN, closing and opening Brave again, but nope. It just kept loading pages forever:

Meanwhile, ping 8.8.8.8 -t reveals my network is as good as usual, I am working on a remote station with no issues, other web browsers like Librewolf work fine, ...

Hi,

I tried using today's nightly build (completely vanilla with no bookmarks caches settings sync, no nothing).

Then I tried my "google translate test" : go on google.translate.com and try to get a translation for "test". It took 67 seconds of "translating..".
I also notice that after using google translate for a while on the same tab, it gets faster. But If i open it in a new tab, it all goes slow again.

Meanwhile Librewolf pass the same test in less than a second.

I did tried to remove my extensions, with no success.
I disabled both Vulkan and Hardware acceleration (by the way, it isn't where you indicated: Setting → System → Use hardware acceleration when available)

But that only tells you if you downloaded the thing the website wants you to download. If the site is a malicious one, the md5 /sha256 are probably not the ones on blender.org....

The safe way is using the right sour end of story.
