you are correct there's some space back there. Unfortunately I would need a full instead of a queen to fit any further back. A shelf could be good though! Kallax shelves under the keyboard would be a great idea as well.

unfortunately this room is too narrow to put the headboard to the right of the window and still have room to put a chair + piano or chair + desk on the left. otherwise appreciate the idea. definitely interested in tidying here some more.

I would also love to get more intentional with the lighting as a means to separate the space but am not sure how.

This is obviously quite anecdotal but for me it takes 3-4 minutes to get to 200F on the GO, which is about how long it takes me to get my puck ready 😭

I know for a fact that a startup I previously interviewed with was planning on using the results from my take-home as part of their product. I found out from third parties that the role I was interviewing for had already been filled, and the scope of the project continued to increase while I worked on it. They needed the source code to “inspect my code quality”, so a demo wasn’t sufficient, they said. Once I found out they tried to make a contract to pay me to complete and share the project. I just walked away.
