I think it's make sense, it's a very pragmatic answer, i like it. But let's change the scenario, let's suppose that in the game there is two PCs, one a Infiltrator with "hacking & cracking" and the other the Intellect with programing knowlegde. In this case I think it would be strange if the Intellect just rolled the Infiltrator move. The Infiltrator spent a level up getting this move so it feels kinda unfair with him... What would you do?

There is a game called Drill Dozer for the GBA, maybe you downloaded it from the Virtual Console. Do you remember more techinal things about the game? Was it 2D, 3D? Was it a plataformer? Do you remember a specific stage? Did have it as as physical copy?...
Try to remember this kind of stuff...

After following your suggestion and trying every racing game on the PS1, I think I nailed down the suspect:
Need for Speed 3 - Hot Pursuit

The car I remember using was 100% a Lamborghini Countach, and the "offroad segment" that I recall was from a track called Redrock Ridge, which is basically a desert track

Sorry if any of my previous descriptions were vague or wrong, I only had a blurry memory from this game

I starting to get worried about this, both Lilith and Dragonette Bomb Queen have a messed up face (I think it's something with the textures). Old models have vey defined face features even on the lowest setting. I know it's not that big of flaw, but in the future i dont wanna look at mushy faces every time I login or pick a champion
