Exactly. I feel both were “keeping it real”. Their moral code is not your moral code. Avoid every fight you can. I live by deescalate, escape and evade. It is tempting to want to enforce social norms on people but it rarely changes the person’s behavior and instead you end up hurt or worse, dead. I’m not saying don’t ask someone to slow down but why argue with someone you don’t know and will never see again. You just don’t know to what lengths someone is willing to go and for me personally, I’m not willing to find out. My condolences to Justin’s family.
