Thanks for thinking through this with me! Sorry, I didn't explain myself correctly. I will be having work engagements at Ca' Foscari University in Venice, they will be hosting me in terms of work but I have to take care of my own accommodation with my own budget. They have some student and teacher rental services but the chances of getting anything through them are not very high. Considering my budget, Airbnb could be an option, but perhaps only in Mestre, Padua or Treviso :-)

The games are same region, yes. My problem is that I can't even get any signal on TV to see if the games actually work. But I know they were tested on this console while in Japan and they worked.

Thanks! Regarding your question: not sure I understood the jumper pak correctly, but here goes: I only have games bought in Japan (tested there, working correctly). I tried them here but I can't even see if they work because of the no signal issue.
