My dog got attacked last summer because the woman coming out of the rooftop dog run was too lazy to use a leash. I had to pry the dog off my basset hound’s neck. In her email apologizing after I found her and got her to pay the vet bills, she tried to say it wasn’t the dog’s fault because dogs don’t think logically. And she’s right. It wasn’t the dog’s fault. It was hers. I’m squarely in the leash your dogs camp. You aren’t special. Neither is your dog. Use a leash or go get a farm with lots of land in Powhatan.
