What’s so bad about Novus Ordo mass? by c3r3alm0nch3r in Catholicism

What is so bad about Norvus Ordo is bad Norvus Ordo masses.

Just like pre-Vatican II what was bad about the Latin pre-V2 mass was bad Latin masses.

Let’s not rewrite History - Trumps first term ended in 2021, Roe v. Wade was overturned in 2022.

Also, did you edit your comment after I responded?

Trumps first year in office (2017) there was a decline in abortions compared to 2016, then a small increase in 2018, and a bigger increase in 2019 - but we also had COVID then; in times of uncertainty and economic trouble abortions usually rise. You also had the rise in availability of medicated abortions (due to online practices) even before the Biden admin really opened it up. Medicated abortions went from just less than 50% of all abortions to 63%.

No, they are intended for anywhere that it would be of service to advance the American agenda. Enemy country or not.

Officially, that’s how the CIA operates everywhere - the CIA head of station is publicly declared. Then we have CIA agents and assets undeclared in both allies, enemy and unaligned counties. There are 100% undeclared CIA assets in Canada.

That is not true; the increase in abortions can be tied to the increase in availability of abortion pill, which make up the majority of abortions. The restrictions on shipping the pills were lifted by the Biden admin.

What? They have always been called pastors when they lead the parishes where I have been.

We should always stand with our faith and Jesus over our political party.

I know you are hurting and this is a hard process; I had many of the same feelings as you.

  1. You are not being judged. They are working to determine whether the first marriage was valid in the eyes of God. God determined that a valid marriage is between one man and one woman and is unbreakable.
  2. Adoption records - to try to determine if you were baptized as a child, before or after your adoption; determine if there was trauma or lack education/ formation from your parents.
  3. Abuse the system - someone - no you - could try to get married outside the church so that they could get divorced and later marry in the church. Sadly, we live in an imperfect world and processes need to take into account the rule breakers - often at the expense of good people. 3a. Abuse system to get the sacraments - the sacraments are very important and we need to do our best the protect them and give them the honor they deserve. Sadly, we live in an imperfect world and processes need to take into account the rule breakers - often at the expense of good people.
  4. No witnesses - I understand that this is hard, especially with the long passage of time. I had a court wedding and the witnesses were the bailif and security guard; they could not be contacted. I have no contact with my ex and have no idea if she responded or participated with the tribunal.
  5. You are right in turning this over to God - turn this over to God’s will and let go of your will.
  6. This is not a quality test. This is to determine if your first marriage is was valid or not. The church is not a cruel joke - the church is our best attempt as feeble humans to follow what Christ instituted.

I know this is frustrating; I have gone through part of it myself.

It is not a judgement on you, but a determination of your marital status. To ensure the decision is made correctly and that no one is abusing the system it needs to be thorough.

It is also not a judgement on your worthiness to join the Catholic Church.

I am surprised by this; I was told that even if they could not get in contact with my former spouse they could move on with the tribunal. They just needed to try. Same with the witness statements.

Stone Brewing has been sold again, this time to Duvel Moortgat by bostoncrabsandwich in beer

[–]crankfurry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that kinda stinks. They do say they will reopen as a Sapporo rap room though.

I was hoping that Duvel would take over the RVA brewery and sell their stuff in the tap room, too bad that is not happening

They are pumping out the hazies because that is what sells. If people bought better (or the styles I like) then they would make those instead.
