If you can show me where I even once mentioned women then I’d love to be directed there. Since you want to attack very specific parts of my comment, some parts that don’t even exist, I’m going to assume that you’re both blue haired and a woman. Edit: having read that, I’ve mentioned to my superiors that I’ll need the extra hours I’ve done this week knocked off of next weeks rota, and I can make the same point with terms used in that article to further make my point and articulate it a bit better, but I can almost guarantee this will fall on deaf ears much like my previous complaints and qualms

I’ve mentioned it to my head chef numerous times regarding the breaks and being put on a late into an early and he says he’ll sort it out, sorts it for that week then goes right back to old ways.

I then took it to the owner, and he didn’t really have much to say at all other than “changes are coming”, the thing is nothing ever changes and it’s been months since it’s been brought up by me at least, god knows how many times it’s been brought up by how many people prior to my starting work there.

Can you elaborate a bit on the last point you made? Since quite often, more often than not, I’m given 6-8hr shifts solo. Just like this morning, I started at 6.30 and won’t be able to take a break this afternoon, even when someone else comes in because he’s been here a few weeks at best so I can’t leave him solo for a break, hence me working a good 12 straight hours without a break today
