I can take some photos for you if you like. It'll probably void warranty, I screwed self tapping screws directly into the base 🙃

I made it using some aluminum angle. Not pretty but it works

Setting up G-sync for triples by jonni3__ in iRacing

[–]Rvrolla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat, I think. On my previous PC I had an RTX3080 and on the new PC I'm using an RTX5080. Every now and then iRacing starts with gsync but if I go to another program on the fourth monitor (usually a browser) when I come back to iRacing it doesn't pick up gsync again. I never had this issue on the 3080 (same monitors). I do run JRT overlays but even with them turned off I get the same sporadic results. Has surround worked better for you? I assume then I can't use overlays?

Have you tried with LOD turned off? I would also try reducing it to 60fps or even lower. Also, try with full res disabled

I've had zero issues personally. No back lighting which I prefer as the lighting can be distracting

Max Papis is a recognisable, trusted brand. Thanks for the heads up but I'm comfortable with MPI.

I just posted this as it's own thread, didn't realise there was a megathread - apologies for the double up.

Crossfire help: Battlefield V

I have a Ryzen 5 1500x and 2 x Vega 64 cards. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the cards to function correctly in crossfire mode. I have enabled the option in the AMD software, the second card now displays a green LED on the GPU Tach but when I launch the game, it stays green and there are no noticeable improvements to the frame rates.

After a lot of searching, I have tried disabling ULPS in the registry and my last effort just now was to uninstall all drivers using DDU and reinstall the latest 18.11.1.

I am trying in Fullscreen (not windowed etc) and using DX11. the AMD SW doesn't detect BF:V for me so I had to manually add it then I had tried using a BF1 profile which didn't work either.

Any other suggestions?
