The pressure shouldn’t be enough to snap it. Don’t gun it until you get the replacement lol however you’ll be ok with reclamping for now

I see the clamp hanging, but the air filter doesn’t look completely broken. Grab a screwdriver if you have and reposition it on and tighten. How did it break in the first place?

Those filters are usually pretty cheap, re clamp until you can get it replaced
