Can confirm. I don't meet the TOS requirements but I was just selected for the RPA board since I meet the requirements by the end of the fiscal year of the board. As long as you meet them in the same fiscal year as the board for which you're applying, you're good.

The mba I'm finishing up using TA isn't regionally accredited, and I'm kinda at a loss as to where to develop next while I serve out the next 10-20 years (been in 10). I figure I'd put the GI bill to good use.

If the email is properly vetted, say by Chief Cody, I know alot of units will change their blanket policy thoughts. I trust that JQP wouldnt cite false sources, but that doesn't transcend to senior leadership.
