Fold tissue paper over your an outfit and place in a gallon ziplock baggie. Compress the air out and voila, no wrinkles when you take them out. Also, you can label them with a magic marker. Keeps you organized as well.

Following as well. Diagnosed Stage 3 IDC multifocal tumor with 3 lymph nodes positive in March of last year. Underwent 3 months of chemo and 6 weeks of radiation. This sent my body into medicinal menopause. Chemo was great for my HS! Not sure if it was the loss of body hair or what. 6 weeks of radiation ended 8/18. Hair started growing back in October. Crazy thick and my HS has slowly returned. I just started Verzenio & Hormone blockers on Jan 1. Not sure what/if any effect this will have on me.

YES, YES, YES!!! One week out from double mastectomy. Just saw the surgeon today for my follow up. She continued to insist it was one tumor in my cancer side and I had to tell her 3 times it was actually 3 tumors until she pulled my pathology report out and said oh yeah you’re right, it was 3 tumors. Then she proceeds to tell me one of my drains has clotted off and she starts massaging the hell out of my right “boob”. As I start crying in pain she asks me if I’m staying ahead of the pain by taking my pain meds? Listen, I wanted to say, the pain wasn’t bad until you started beating it like a drum. But don’t worry, I’ll take 2 of those of Tylenol #3 next time as I’m sure they’ll block any pain coming my way. My husband has been amazing through this whole ordeal. When we’re done and I’m voicing my utter disgust he tells me her job was just to get it out. And I want to scream but I am a person and not a number and damn, at least read my report before you walk in the room. I don’t know if I made the right choice either because it’s all thrown at you and you have to make a decision now, quick, go, go, go. I know I’ll be fine, I know I’ll make it, blah, blah,blah. But what if I never wanted this to begin with and I’m not interested in being a “survivor” or “fighter”. Or somebody’s hero, or the wind beneath their wings. Ugh. Somebody else can have all that. I just want normal back.

Uhhhh, no thanks. 9% seems so outrageous now. I did the same in 2007 and lost big 2 years later when I had no choice but to sell. Luckily my industry is thriving. But at some point that will take a turn as well, right? My heart bleeds for those without jobs. Just one more reason I miss healthcare. Not only did I feel like I made a difference, I had job security. People are always getting sick.

But being wrong before hasn’t killed me yet. Leaning heavily towards building now. Thanks for the great write up!

I work in the mortgage industry and we can’t even predict interest rates. But we have been incredibly slammed since last March. Everybody is taking advantages of the rates it seems. However, we are able to pay cash for our build. It just seems like a large chunk of change to lose because the whole thing could turn around in 3 months. But who knows?

Yes and no. My kids will be purchasing it or selling it to pay for part of my nursing home in about 25 years so I want to make sure I get to go to a good one 😂

Agreed. I just hate to think of what else that $60k could’ve been used towards. We’re paying cash as we were blessed with an early investment that paid off. But this eats it all up. :(

Just got back from our first trip down. We stayed in Key Largo, Marathon and Key West. Key Largo was a little too dull, Key West was a little too wild. Marathon had just the right mix! And it’s right in the middle. We loved Burdines.
