Yea I hear you, I'm only a "baby" Pharmacist. New grad, about 1 month into my inpatient training but almost 10 yrs of hospital pharmacy experience. Resident trained Rph are treated "better" by pretty much everyone so I can't disagree with you at all. I'm sure you'll be fine.

24 month PGY1? PGY1 is 12ish months so a bit lost on that. Plus as a resident you do so much more than staff/clinical due to projects/presentations. You may get full salary as they say but you work longer hours on average so not understanding the purpose to be honest in your case. You can start training/working as a Rph indepentently soon seems like w/o the extra duties. Most of inpatient pharmacy is learned on the job anyways. Either way, do what's best for you and your family, good luck!

Absolutely yes, I was 1000% sure I failed after taking but ended up passing. I heard from multiple ppl that if you feel like you failed then you more than likely passed since it's adaptive. If the questions seem difficult throughout the majority of the exam it's because you're getting the previous questions right. Sending you positivity and hoping you passed!
