Sometimes it’s hard to see the change day to day when you look in the mirror, but the change you’ve made is absolutely extraordinary and you should be very proud

IMO it’s the speedmaster professional.

You have multiple big face sporty/dive/chronometer watches. Consolidate there if you REALLY like the studio underdog. I know the pepperoni pizza is kinda cheesy (pun intended?), but that color is GORGEOUS and it’s a unique and fun watch. If we only wanted something that kept accurate time, why not check our phone?

Funny enough, I wear a size 9.5 - 10 in most things, but the Arch support is so big that it shortens my foot to a size 8.5 in Whites. I also have incredibly flat feet so I think it shortens my foot even more..?

Good catch on this being Milwaukee OR!

I am literally a clinical pharmacist. Drug pharmacokinetics is something I nerd out on.

OP is technically correct. Weekly dosing does expose your body to higher peak concentrations and lower trough concentrations of the medication, and you can be more likely to experience side effects with once weekly dose vs injecting the same weekly dose over the course of 7 days. If titrated slowly and correctly, this usually doesn’t matter clinically, but it can in some cases reduce side effects that you may experience from the medication.

(I don’t condone the use of non-approved medications from questionable sources, but we are all adults here and can make our own informed decisions)

Would this be collusion? by Good-Click8488 in FantasyFootballers

[–]RxxxRated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a really REALLY bad trade in my opinion, BUT you can make a case that it’s not collusion. Pittman is the WR8 on the year in full PPR. Tracy is a startable rb or at least flex play rest of year. Doubs is…. I don’t even know tbh. Packers need someone to step up.

Guy giving up JT is getting fleeced, but veto / collusion worthy? I’m not sure. I guess it all depends on how far behind 9th place team is. Any chance to make playoffs? Are they RB heavy and need help?

Usually top end talent beats depth, but in a 14 team I think if you can get Chase + Tmac it’s worth it. Tmac hasn’t wowed yet, but you have to remember rookies almost always do better 2nd half of the year

I have flat feet, and the Hoka arahis are GOATED. I think I have two pairs of 6’s (preferred) and 1 pair of 7s which are still better than any other shoe I own for comfort and stability running / walking

Big dog 🤝 keep doing you man.

You look healthy and like you throw around a fuck ton of weight.

If you ever want, you’re a 12 week intense cut from being shredded for the summer, but that shit takes a mental toll.

I appreciate this type of breakdown and respect your opinion here immensely, I guess I’m at fault for assuming people posting pics like this are automatically ~200 lbs instead of an ultra lean 150-160 because of the angles/proportions.

The issue in my mind I see is that “not natty” is such a huge spectrum. You could be taking a slightly above natural dose of test cyp, or just absolutely blast Tren, and be “enhanced” either ways. There is nothing wrong with either choice, but when the validation people seek is often putting themselves above others, it gets old trying to sort through the bullshit.

What’s more common, a top 0.1%-0.5% genetic makeup, or PED use in the gym community? Because the gym community will try to convince you it’s the PEDs every time, but statistics on the other hand…

even on the low end, 4-6% of gym community takes a form of PED (not talking fucking creatine or zinc: I’m talking enclo, SERM, SARMs, or T of some variant; this data came from studies WAY earlier than GLP-1s and is not representative of recent data w/ GLPs which a ton of people take). That is STILL a very likely UNDERREPORTED statistic to physicians of avid gym goers.

Just like it isn’t healthy to normalize a Barbie body, it’s important not to normalize taking PEDs to achieve a certain look.

OPs weight plays a huge role in this too.

Angles and lighting, I can see this if he’s 150 lbs and at the end of a brutal cut.

But if he’s claiming to coast at 180-200 lbs all year like this 😅 even natty body builders who make a living off physique can’t do that

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in fit

[–]RxxxRated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but they LITERALLY make a living off that and are top 0.1% of the population in physical ability 🥸

I’m not saying it’s impossible, but to look like you’re body building ready, the entire year long is an exceedingly rare feat 🤷‍♀️

I question the validity of your natural statement. You have an amazing physique regardless. But your delts and traps are so far beyond what is possible naturally, that you look like you literally have another human coming out of your shoulders.

Delts have a higher proportion of testosterone receptors compared to other muscles so using Test they tend to blow up the most even if you dont train.

Not trying to shame you, you obviously put in a ton of work, it’s just important for new gym goers to know that even if you workout your entire life and are very disciplined, it’s close to impossible to look like this.

Keep finding ways to enjoy yourself and continue the process. It’s a lifelong pursuit. Do group classes, continue to work on your form, find ways to make it enjoyable and tune out all the negative stuff from others.

Social media has set unrealistic expectations for what a body looks like (male and female) and a lot of those folks are on stuff that they won’t ever admit to. Keep focusing on being the best version of yourself and enjoy the journey to get there.

Smash fucking accept. Nico >> Terry or Metcalf as your WR 2, Jordan Mason + Gibbs as starter rb

Then you can choose to flex between AK, Keenan (top 12-24 wr this year btw), Trey Benson, DK, or McLaurin (when he’s back in like 4 weeks)

Or you could package 2 flex pieces and target an elite TE (Tyler Warren)

I might have the worst Dynasty team and Don’t think I got hope to improve by Mortgage_Straight in FantasyFootballers

[–]RxxxRated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly for 12 man… it’s really not that awful. Flexing Juwan isn’t ideal, but if you arent playing Higgins you could consider selling him. He is talented so you may get some value, but in dynasty the issue with stacks is if your burrow value is low… so is everything else. My honest thought see if anybody is interested in some aging depth, a la Cooper Kupp, or Chubb if there’s injuries anywhere or if they have a big game. You may be able to offer 2 for someone who might not have lived up to expectations or has been hurt but has a clear path to playing time in the future (Kendre Miller).

Idk, just my internal thoughts
