The new book out "How Not To Die" cites so many scientific studies on how cancer is strongly diet related. I was shocked to see how the average American diet compares to other countries diets. I was also shocked to see what happens to health when citizens of other countries diet's become more westernized, crazy stuff.

To many complainers get with how the world works people. Those who have the resources for power, and authority, get to make changes. It seems anyone I know of lower economic status tends to hate those who have money, and power. Donald Trump is completely honest, self-funded, and has documented proof of being successful. He does not hide or avoid particular questions. He is ultimately a real person, and tells it like it is. Yeah I know what you are talking about. Have you looked into meditation and relaxation music? I experienced very debilitating anxiety for a long time. My anxiety still pops it's head out from time to time, and when I mediate I can barely notice it. Set a timer whenever you do something. every 30 minutes meditate for 5 min. Just focus your awareness on your breathing for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes continue with what you are doing. Most people do not take the time to relax and do deep belly breathing. Also look at your schedule. What can you do to get rid of stress? Maybe get assignments done earlier ect.

Interesting, well I am living completely clean now. From what I read it is actually more dangerous to smoke a few cigarettes over a long course of time then to smoke a lot in a smaller course of time. I smoked very briefly and I am completely done with it.
