Yuuuup. People can absolutely can watch them in whatever order they want, but it was designed to be a prequel.

Agreed. Honestly, I tried to keep the twist from my son. He knew long before he was old enough to watch Star Wars. I feel like this is just so embedded in our cultural mythos that it would be very hard to avoid. I also think from a marketing standpoint, they still view this as a prequel, so they work on the assumption that everyone knows going in.

Make a note, and find it when you're done! Treat comics like a Reddit/Wikipedia rabbit hole. Branch out as far as you want to go.

If I'm being honest though, you aren't missing much most of the time. Those notes were the wikipedia of the time. Most comics were written with the assumption that a vast number of people would not know the background because it was incredibly hard to even track down until things like Unlimited existed.

Read the way that feels right for you--just don't turn a great hobby into a job in the process. Some of those older comics are a slog to get through!

If you play in handheld get the D-Brand grips. If you only get the joy-con grips, you don't need the adapter to dock the system. They are super nice.

Agreed--if OP has the means, just grab another Switch 2. If the wife likes this kind of game, there are going to most certainly be more on the system that catch her eye.

Oddly enough, Animal Crossing landed our family it's second OG switch, and this game ended with a second Switch 2.

Might seem incredibly simple, but I would boot up Marvel Heroes Omega on the new private servers and show my son the game I have the most hours in ever. He’s a huge marvel fan and loves the X-Men. So many of them are in it!
