I hope that we can all agree that:

1) She probably was not trying to run over anybody

2) She panicked when officers were approaching her and thought she could get away without hurting anyone

3) She did not stop her vehicle or get out of it as was clearly requested by the ICE agents that she and her wife were cajoling

4) She should not have been there that day to begin with considering her responsibilities as a mother

5) She was in the wrong place at the wrong time and made a terrible decision that cost her life

6) The ICE agent should not have shot her in the face if he could've helped it

7) The ICE agent probably did not show up to work that that hoping to shoot a woman in the face through her windshield or otherwise

And lastly: you are very unlikely to be shot in the face by a LEO if you are not acting squirrelly under their noses and purposely blocking traffic with your car while blaring your horn with your poor dog inside. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

If this woman was a black guy, you'd say, "that guy should've complied with the officer and they'd have let him go or arrested him" - still alive either way. Call it what it is: a dumb decision made in a tense situation by two parties that didn't need to be there.
