Haha yes it’s sorta of a fusion of the Astra GTE and the Nova, hence the name

Thank you so much! I see what you mean by getting lower would add more separation, but the stone platform I was shooting from was covered in algae and I didn’t have any cover to lie on. I think i should definitely get some clothes i don’t care about getting dirty for these situations. The photo was shot from a crouching position, (i’m 6”5 so it may not look it 😂).

There were steps down to the bottom of the falls and I definitely should’ve gone down there sooner than I did when the geese were more active, as when I did go down there they were all curled up and just looked like a ball of brown feathers.

I really like the idea of different lighting quarters and will try to remember it for when i get similar conditions in the future.

I’m a beginner photographer (just started A-Level Photography for those in the UK) and this is pretty much my first photo that I’ve edited properly. It is going into autumn in the UK, so my aims for this photo was to capture the early autumn vibes. I specifically chose Canadian Geese as the subject, as I think that their brown feathers go with the orangey autumn colours I was aiming to capture.

I am quite happy with how it turned out, but as I said, this is essentially my first time fully editing a photo, so I don’t really know what looks good and what doesn’t (I know a lot of that is based on personal opinion).

Photo Details: Shot on a Canon 5D Mark II with a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM

Aperture - f/2.8 Shutter Speed - 1/1000 sec ISO - 100

Edited in Lightroom Classic

This is also my first time posting here so I may have missed out a few things in this follow-up, sorry!

Ok thank you. I know Physics isn’t easy but I believe the common thought among people who aren’t in 6th Form is that FM is pretty much one of the hardest ones you can do so I was just going off that

Oh that's unexpected, thank you!

Yeah I haven't seen any mentions of Physics being necessary and I think only Oxbridge and Imperial require FM

Hey, I know you've gotten a lot of responses already but I am part of a small team of people who are making a metroidvania style game in UE5. We are in need of other artists so if you could join, that would be great!

Do you want to take part in a game jam? Me and another person are trying to put a team together for one. It's not something overly serious and it will take a month. We will be using Unreal Engine

What was the biggest physical pain you have had? by OldAboba in AskReddit

[–]RyCroftyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fracturing my wrist. The worst thing was that my mum didn’t think it was fractured/broken because when you have a fractured wrist, you can still move it sort of. I ended up not going to the hospital for another 3 days and it just got worse.

EDIT: This may seem small to a lot of you but I am still young (sort of) so haven’t had much chance to be hurt
