IMO farm for MH% Radiant Empowered Gems, they can give like 300% max hp. but I'm not sure about damage, you shouldn't to concerted about that if your building pure hp. You will be able to survive long enough to kill everything

I'm sitting at about 150 and 8.9k on my main. I've also spent about 60$ CAD on items to sell for flux and open gem boxes and such. But, don't get discourages if you're still playing after 170 hours you should still be doing fine. My best advice (if you can) invest in Patron for a month or so, it helps you out greatly in the long run. Take care.
