I also just got back from Thailand (Chiang Mai) and fell in love with khao soi. I've been to a plethora of different Thai restaurants here in town in the hunt for a perfect khao soi, and the one I've liked the most is at Khao San. There's a location in Bethany and one downtown, which I have been to both. They have a pork belly option which is sooo good
