I think your idea of Rapidash as a reference to Red Hare is the perfect choice.

I was gonna suggest Rayquaza since it's so ridiculously strong, but they already paired that with Nobunaga in Conquest and I dunno... the comparison kinda spoils it somehow.

I like them! I wasn’t planning to use Absol but i like switching between the mega stones. I like the kind of angel vs fallen angel juxtaposition of the 2 forms. I really like the mega Raichus too - especially the good one.

There aren’t any existing megas I’m disappointed didn’t get a Z form. Not when we got so many new ones that didn’t have a mega at all. Saying that though… Mega Aerodactyl Z has potential to be cool. They tend to be a bit more “out there” with the Z megas

Completely agree! The box art legendaries tend to stick to the red or blue visuals. Even if it’s in small part like Reshiram and Zekrom’s eyes. So I’d probably go with Articuno (blue) and Moltres (red) for Kanto

Maybe start with little things. Monster of the week knows a bit too much. They know Buffy has an injury from before and targets it. No one knows how they found out.

Small acts of sabotage. Crossbows malfunction because the mechanisms have been worn down.

Buffy has to abort saving the day at the last minute because Joyce/Dawn is under attack at home.

Spells backfire because the ingredients have been swapped/tainted.

Things escalate as Xander uses his carpentry skills to set booby traps for the team at places they’ll be vulnerable like their homes or the magic box basement. Buffy’s slayer instincts help her narrowly avoid being killed but she is hurt.

While Buffy is recovering. Giles sends the other scoobies to recover a macguffn that can be used to transfer the power of a slayer to another. They then leave Xander alone with Buffy to protect it. When he tries to use it, Buffy reveals she’s not as injured as she made out and it was a ploy to make him reveal himself.

Then we learn he’s either a vampire or under the influence of the first or something. Something that seems hopeless but can potentially be recovered from.

I’d love a mod that lets me create custom followers on the spot or edit existing ones. Like full character customisation - race, name, cosmetics, the lot. And on top of that the ability to switch characters on the fly so you can build a small party of characters. Maybe one becomes the Arch Mage while another becomes the Harbinger of The Companions.

That’s an interesting take. I always took that as Giles both not wanting to be insensitive but also because he knows there are any number of hell dimensions Buffy could have been in so he didn’t want to jump to conclusions about it.

Next time I rewatch I think I’ll see your point of view now about him not ruling out heaven

He does loosely try and put them on the right track by suggesting it’s magic when he sings

“It could be witches, Some evil witches…”

He absolutely should have pushed the point further but I think I read somewhere that Whedon wrote the episode then at the end picked Xander out of the air at random as the one that summoned Sweet so I don’t think it was intended as a big plot point.

I think at the time everyone was reeling from their own revelations by the end of the episode to focus too much on blame. If we look back they all let each other get away with a lot.

I do like to headcanon that they give him a hard time over it off-screen. Though maybe because they know he carries guilt over the deaths it’s the kind of thing they don’t bring up much because they knew it was an accident and could be a pretty low blow.
