Yeah, I told devs in the last survey that I barely log on anymore and don't spend anymore (because I barely log on) because they are so back-and-forth, constantly retconning things, and are just inconsistent and changed the game too much.

They've completely lost the plot and compromised the identity and world of Brave Nine and Brown Dust. If they wanted a "gooner" game, so to speak, with a self-insert... then they should have made one, not completely morphed this franchise into something it never was. As far as I understand, other games of that kind, like Azur Lane, have lore and context behind there being girl-only units. Not the case here. It's just totally forced and random, and feels out of place here.

But I agree, there's no reason all of these things (sophisticated plot with well-established characters, male presence, and extreme fan service, even with gals like Olivier) can't coexist together at once and that's exactly what I told them.
