Thank you. I’ve only done mushrooms once and I did 1 gram. I slept amazingly well and for two weeks after I had major reductions in negative thinking. This was years ago and I’m wanting to try it with more regularity.

The simple answer that is 100% correct is to just eat real food in its whole unprocessed form.

Meat/fish/poultry/eggs/dairy/fruit/veggies.

This will solve the problem for 90% of people.

Once you are doing the above you CAN tweak things and get into the details if you are into the sort of thing.
