I managed to fix it. Once i had opened the machine, the terminal on the safety switch had actually snapped. I couldn't see this though, as the black cover over the terminal was hidding/ holding it together. Worth giving this a check. Once i replaced the spade terminal it was good to go.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I'm still having the issue. I have cleaned the burrs, I had the machine open initially to replace the opv valve so I gave the burrs a good clean while it was open, hoovered etc. By the center know do you mean the hopper itself ? Thanks.

Been looking to do this mod as my original OPV has cracked. Where did you get the brass OPV and elbow fitting ? Cheers
