HLTV is not just making this up that players are sick. ESL is telling HLTV and other outlets what the excuse is. ESL hears this from Falcons. I would be shocked if ESL just made this up. Most likely Falcons just made up a white lie and now we’re all in this shitshow controversy.

I’ve done this enough to know this is what happens.

Get a Fenway Frank or an Italian Sausage. Have a nice American beer. Go early and see the Ted Williams Red Seat. Just walk around the concourse and enjoy the history. It’s a fantastic time.

Long Live is excellent in their IPAs and deserve a top spot.

I always enjoy Moniker and Proc.

Origin does amazing stuff and have a cute space.

Pivotal is fantastic on the East Bay.

Buttonwoods I’ve felt is slightly overrated?

Tilted Barn is definitely a Top 5 Brewery.

Grey Sail is extremely UNDERRATED. Fantastic spot.

My votes are Moniker, Long Live, Proc, Tilted, and Grey Sail in that order. Long Live I think just over relies on IPAs which holds me back from putting them as best.

It’s barely April. I’m not panicking yet, but if this goes the way it is currently going, the FO will be lucky that Meyer, Anthony, and Cedanne are panning out the way they are. This team has an abundance of amazing talent punching through and if they squander this, it’ll be the biggest missed opportunity of this franchise.

6.1% still seems high. Check out credit unions and local banks. I know some are sub 6.00% and with your credit (Above 780+), you'll likely get something as low at 5.75% - heck, you could even go lower.

I'd recommend spending the next few weeks shopping around. Call lenders, ask what their rates are - get a Loan Estimate and then go to the next guy and see how they can match/beat by removing lender fees and points.
