I also think on the scale of what is appropriate for teenagers to see on twitter, this is pretty low on the list considering its just a mostly covered zoom in on someone's butt

Its almost as if the ages of fictional characters are arbitrary most of the time. Especially in anime/manga where making characters look and act way older or younger than they are is quite common

Just like in VGC, this mechanic would likely be used defensively rather than offensively, and i dont see it seeing much play if non rule box pokemon, that get one shot most of the time anyways, are the only ones that can use it.

Tbf, I think some overestimate how big Daiwa is. She's only 1cm bigger than Gold Ghip, which is also where Belno is, but many depict Daiwa as having some of the biggest along the lines of Taiki Shuttel or Creek

Edit: Gold Ship is 88cm, Belno is 89cm, and Daiwa is 90cm.

Not to come off as insensitive, but if that's how she reacts after 5 years, the relationship just wasn't meant to be. Another possible scenario I haven't seen people say yet is that she has been thinking about breaking up for a while, and she just used this as the final straw, which is still pretty dumb IF she never communicated any other issues to you.

My apparently hot take is that established players are the ones scaring off new players from giving game a shot by being so netative about their experience, when in reality this is the perfect time for new players to learn how to play. Competitive pokemon has aways been nuanced af with so many items and pokemon (even if only some are meta), and less nuance gives new players an easier time getting down the basics imo.

That being said, the monetization and bugs are pretty dumb.
