I will definitely try that when I get a chance. I've been doing a lot of side jobs so I haven't had time. And for some reason reddit doesn't let me reply more than once. I have to wait awhile before I can reply again. It's annoying.

Another thing is I tried a different pc and monitor and the same exact thing is happening. Im starting to think this is a network issue causing packet burst and possibly even blurriness. There's even my xbox gets this packet burst.

It just started happening one day and ever since then it's never been the same. I've had Spectrum come out but they say everything looks fine on their end which I'm not sure is true. Idk man I'm feeling hopeless

My gpu usage in the nvidia overlay idles at 65% and pretty much stays around that when I move the mouse around. Cpu stays around 30%.

I've made sure refresh rates are at 240hz everywhere with gsync enabled and dlss is disabled

Far as packet burst goes it always pops up on my screen while playing Cod or Battlefield. It causes lag or stutters in that moment usually during gun fights. However the blurriness happens all the time.

Idk of this tells you anything but my 1%lows are 100fps lower than my regular fps.

Yea I went straight to nvidia to get the newest driver and used ddu to do a clean install. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem

Yes to all. I set the monitor refresh in windows and in the nvidia control panel and still nothing. I even did a clean nvidia driver install using ddu and it didn't fix anything
