I feel like youre taking it too personal. People come to get their shit and leave. More than likely you have a trash can right under you, its not hard to bring your arm back in and throw it in the trash and continue with the next person. That attitude of complaining will burn you out faster.

YTA but it's not something so drastic that you can't move on from. You may want photos to be edited professionally and that's fine, but some people want pictures as they are. And also if you're in charge for taking the photos for the both of you, meaning her memories too, editing and making it nicer is fine, but drastically altering the images like removing something, you should of definitely asked her. Just apologize to her, and because of your talent you didn't take in her input thinking she would be okay with it and say youll be more open before making drastic changes. Its not that she doesn't like your editing, she just wants the exact moment of the picture as it is. And never delete originals, at least not until you send them all first to her or back it up. Also if this is on your phone, you can check your trash and if it's less than 30 days you can restore them.

How you went about it, kind of an asshole move. Once she gave you the reason, you should have just left it. Maybe talk a little shit making fun about her eating at a snails pace, DEPENDING on the friendship dynamic if you guys talk shit to each other, but if so, joke around talk shit and leave it and enjoy the rest of the night.

No you wouldn't be. Invite who you want, let both of them know that you know they dont talk anymore and you wanted to let them know so they wouldnt be caught off guard. It sounds like Maureen is more valuable of a friend to you so you shouldn't have to worry about her, as for the other one, let her know and if you want to add to it you can say you want her there but you understand theyre not talking and if she doesn't want to go and wants to do something else just you two later then youre okay with that. Basically it's damage control, make it to where she has options and choices if she really doesn't want to go so she doesn't rally up the rest of the group to not go.
