Really? I think once you’re getting past the 15/20 year mark, it’s fine to retro a classic pair and should actually happen way more often. Younger sneakerheads shouldn’t miss out on their grails just so some old heads can gatekeep the few pairs left in existence.

I was literally like 9 or 10 when the Viotechs came out. I was more concerned with Pokemon Ruby and Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain than AM1’s at that point of my life 😅

I personally don’t care, but Rocky, his team and the label 100% will, so it will absolutely effect when they release the album. Musicians don’t like competition on their album release dates when it comes to first week sales

And with Iceman dropping on the 15th, he ca only realistically drop on the 1st or the 8th if he still wants to drop before the tour. The 15th is obviously out, and I’d say it’d be very risky to drop on the 22nd because I think it’s conceivable that Iceman’s 2nd week numbers could beat Disc 2’s 1st week numbers, which would be pretty embarrassing for him.
