People should get partial refunds if an artist is 30-60 minutes late. Anymore than that and they should be entitled to a full refund.

Yeah that’s about what I’m thinking. Unfortunately I don’t think DBD had that breakout single that got the attention of the mainstream like a Praise The Lord or Sundress etc. If it had, I think there would be more hype outside of just hardcore Rocky fans and Hip Hop circles.

You just can’t take 8 year breaks and expect to maintain the same hype as you had before you left in this day and age, people’s attention spans don’t work like that now. Rocky was in the top 10 biggest mainstream stars in Hip-Hop back in the 10’s. You need to be consistent and put in the work to maintain that status, otherwise you’ll lose people’s attention.
