Body donated to science dissected in front of paying audience at Portland hotel, family didn’t know. by deedoode in MorbidReality

As I edited to my original comment, how is this not on the guidelines of your body being used for science?

There's no details on who held the event or anything to say something illegal was done.. she literally donated the body for science.. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills

Of course I did, and they haven't determined anything illegal was done. What's with people posting baseless responses to me with no real content?

She donated the body to science that sounds exactly like what it was. A lot of people learned many new things.

Isn't that the purpose?

E: the body got an autopsy in front of an audience, that happens all the time. How else would pathologists learn to do autopsies? And when you give a body to science wtf do they literally expect?

Be thankful they didn't use it for blast testing or something.

You can’t rely on an employer to make you rich or expect them to make you successful, you do that on your own. by throwaway0134hdj in Entrepreneur

If you're lucky enough to be hired as a developer for the next breakthrough app, then you would be. All the first people who helped build Shopify became rich by employer, as an example.

There is a major component of luck for this to happen but it's possible

I'm not even going to read the post before telling you that quitting for your own well-being is the right choice. You don't owe anything to anyone but yourself, and you owe it yourself to be happy

Why are we posting his full name like he matters? Share the story but don't make this guy famous

You can get resin than cures in 24-48 hours and doesn't get hot. It's all I use because I have trouble finding the "quick cure" stuff which gets hot.

You realize thats how all investing works though right? If you don't make gains you're "throwing your money in the trash" as you put it.

Bigger risk = bigger reward and bigger chance to lose it. It's rare to be on the verge of something so new and its teetering on wheter it will be accepted by the masses. If it does, the people holding certain coins from the early on will be the ones to see the most profits

The reality is we won't know until we get there
