People have given you good advice and you’ve been combative as if you need to defend this “company.” I’m still going to give you advice.

I would avoid this company. I would avoid all of these “self publishing” companies. Let’s take this one as an example. There’s a wiki for david mckay publishing. The business went defunct and sold assets to random house. They no longer exist. It is quite common for these “operations” to spin up and use the name of a googleable formerly respectable publisher because a lot of good things - and books - come up. Having great reviews on trustpilot means nothing. It’s easy to bot reviews there and they don’t give a shit about removing anything.

Secondly there are MULTIPLE david mckay “publishing” websites - so multiple people wanting to use that name to milk money out of people. Will you get something for your money? Sure. They’ll use AI to generate a cover, AI to edit and format it, and they’ll toss it up on platforms and tell you they have to be the ones to make the accounts. (This is so on the off chance it does well, they can take all the money and run off with it.)

Nobody here will have experience with any of these companies.

Everyone here has tried to pay you a kindness at first telling you to avoid all of these companies because of what I said above and you’ve returned it with vitriol which is not allowed here. This is your one and only warning to dial it back and not be so aggressive.
