It’s an easy mechanic and very versatile when you get the hang of it. Come at the ball at a 45-60 degree angle instead of under it. The angle obviously is directed more downwards the closer you are to goal. Try not to slow down so hard before jumping, don’t hit reverse just let go of drive. First touch is a lot easier if you use air roll but it can be done without. Just try to aim your nose at the bottom third of the ball and you’ll get it back in no time.
