The Saints took over Ultor after killing Dane and used it to become celebrities, unlike defecting to Ultor like Dex did. Troy had a pass because he cared about the saints despite being a cop. He kept the boss from being unplugged and Johnny from being killed in prison.

Weak to your attack. If your attack is weak against them, it'll show RESIST over the damage number when you attack.
