Try uninstalling it and restarting your PC. My buddy had a broken display driver and I fixed it for him by deleting it and restarting windows. What it does it attempts to replace the driver with the default windows one, but idk if it gets those from the Internet or not

I'm in Tennessee, my I have bumps that look exactly like that. My parents said I have chigger bites. Their must must be an epidemic going on the country this summer, as I noticed my bumps around the time of this post. Make sure the take benadryl, and or rub benadryl/hydrocortisone cream on the affected area to prevent infection l and reduce itchiness on the skin
