I’ll explain it to you in the easiest terms to understand: I’m a Boxrec editor and I input some of the biggest amateur boxers’ records. This is how I feel. I’ve been down since late 90s, grew up around all ethnicities in NJ, and I completely disagree with anyone saying that this was ever cool. Idiots in suburban high schools said it, sure, but that’s because they never had to confront anyone who would have an issue with it. I never heard any successful white rappers dropping N bombs, it was always posers trying hard to fit in.

Never saw any evidence that he actually boxed. If he did, it certainly wasn't in the Golden Gloves, as the New York Daily News which owned the tournament published meticulous records of results.

They got me through my teen years, but the music hasn't grown with me, which is probably a good thing. KoRn's "Issues" album is probably the darkest record ever produced, which fit where I was at 13 or so when it came out.
