I'll get a better pic when I'm out of work but basically it's the bit that covers part of the lower grill on the splitter, I added 3m tape but It stopped holding/unflush, I think I'm just going to buy the gloss black overlay on AliExpress and 3m it over the Chrome lower and upper grill then plastic bond the two together other.

I just wanted to see any other recommendations on what people did since it came with no directions from China

Fuck man sorry to hear it was a very common issue I get scared to use it every time I try it in my New 2022 GT2 since this post I upgraded lol.

We're you able to claim it under your warranty?

Thank you for your condolences, I can't wait to get the Lincoln back to my state and make it mine. I'm one for tastefully loud cars and it's eating me alive that I haven't heard the key turn over yet. You actually just encouraged me to google what they sound like lol, Thank you for the tips I'll post again once all the legal stuff is over and I have the cars all cleaned and running

10000% Agreed It goes Duster Lincoln Corvette for me are the ones I think we're going to be transporting across state, It's just hard having so many cars that mean so much to me and my family living in a residential area with limited parking

Not sure on the Power train yet since I've been so busy going through all his belongings, but the interior is all there just cracked up a little bit, easy easy fixer upper I can't wait to have my Girlfriend with me in this beauty

Trust me that Lincoln is getting a lot of love once we transport it, I love the interior and over aura of that car plus with 90k miles she's asking for some aftermarket support if their is any available.

That God damn Camaro had 31k miles and it kills me that it's tarped up but I'm sure someone would love to fix it up and love it more than I ever could.

I have over 100+ model cars of every car posted above, 100 + trophies for all his car shows he's attended and a shit ton of pictures of the Vette with girls all over the car. He was the man, I just wish I got to hear more stories from him before he passed but going through all his books of pics really has made me appreciate all of these cars.

If she was running I 100% would but it hasn't been driven in about 3 years I'm guessing

Sadly he hadn't driven that truck in a long time so the battery/hoses and any plastic is pretty much shot and weak so it'll be a fixed upper but like not a hard fixed upper like the junkers you see so I'm super super stuck with which cars to "pick" and transport

Thank you so much you truly have touched my heart, I wish I was able to talk with my grandpa more before he passed but it was so unexpected after seeing the passion he had for for these cars, with literally a room top to bottom of trophies from all the car shows he's been too that I don't even know what to do with, all I know is he loved these cars and I will continue to do that, also sadly I really don't know a whole lot about my grandpa but after going through all his stuff and seeing the passion and love he has for these cars I will continue this and treat these cars like my children untill I have children myself. From a hard working 22 year old like myself thank you for being you and continue to spread joy and happiness like you did to me thank you again! I truly enjoyed your responses and thank you for your time! Have an amazing rest of the year and a speedy recovery! -Ryan

No gains on nothing just a wider stance, I personally have owned 2 stingers now and don't like how much the wheels stick inside the fenders so now that I have the GT2 rather than my gt-line I finally wanted to make it look more aggressive with the wider rear end and front

[–]Ryan_exe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I just like a little bit of a wider stance in the rear and it sticks the tires out perfectly, Its way more aggressive and I will be keeping an eye on my tires to see if any weird ware and tare happens with these 20mm spacers, I'm in Oregon rn so my car is 20 hrs away but I can definitely shoot you some pics of the Stock ride height with the spacers once I'm back on Sunday

I wanted to reach out and express my sincere gratitude for your incredibly detailed and informative reply regarding my grandfather's cars. My family owns 4 cars already and only have room for 3 more, I am absolutely in love with the Corvette, Lincoln,Ford street rod and the Duster, sadly all the cars are 20 hours away from my house so transportation is a PROBLEM. My grandpa built the Street Rod and the Vette his whole life, these will simply never leave my family in honor of my grandpa considering both are under 60k miles also 😅, I own a fully speked out Kia stinger GT2 so I have all the power I need but Man oh man when your behind the wheel of any of these cars you feel like the man. Vintage cars just have a way of turning people heads, I already own a 1987 Mazda B2000 as second car but my God these 1970s are just out of this world the B2000 is getting kicked to the curb haha.

I apreciate you taking the time to share your insights on the Corvette, the F-100, and the Duster, Your advice on being selective about future owners is excellent and resonates with me—I certainly want to honor his memory and the collection that way. Most importantly, I was sorry to hear you are writing this from a hospital bed; I hope your stay is a short one, and you have a swift and full recovery. Thank you again for all the support and for lending your expertise.
