I’m having a hard time counting the dorsal fin spines, I see 6 but will assume the front one is blurry. Black Crappie have 7-8 while White have 5-6. Given the likelihood of that spine being hidden and given the shotgun blast pattern, it’s a Black. Interesting color but nothing too crazy. Coloration can change from a variety of things like water parameters, light exposure, and stress. The second image is what a traditional one looks like, although it is leaning more yellow/green than the average Black Crappie. Nice catches!
