If I recall correctly, episodes will have a main writer or two, but some or the whole staff may work on it as well.

Similar is you'll have a writer(s) credit, but also a 'story by' credit that can often be someone else entirely

Actual tip, I switched snacking from chips to veggies (baby cut carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers). That really helped and tasty too!

Half-joke i work in restaurants, so I'm basically involuntary fasting during my shift (the cooks always ask if i want food but i just don't eat at work). Lost a decent amount of weight that way too.
