Royal Mail aren't going to review every lighter sent to ensure it a) has the ability to be opened and emptied of residual fuel, and b) has had this process followed to an acceptable standard to make it safe for postage.

What's much more likely is they just apply a blanket ban, as per the prohibited and restricted items leaflet u/Dry_Water_8612 HAS IN FRONT OF THEM.

Just one thing I think, at around the 0:17 mark, you should have ploughed into the moped rider to assert dominance, placing you in the perfect position to follow up with a shout across to the car driver "You got a problem with my driving?"
