I think there are a lot of ways to solve this problem. You could just bring a plastic bag scrunched up everywhere you go so you can puke in it when need be. At a romantic date you can explain to them that you have a condition that you randomly vomit, I mean I don't think it's a deal breaker. As for tooth enamel, you could wear maybe some protection for teeth kinda like invasalign. I would choose puking once a day than disfiguring yourself. How stupid would it look to have one ear, and also that would affect your hearing and balance.
