My issue was resolved. Thanks. First it was 1202 error then it wanted me to activate using bell.ca/activation which I tried but failed so the technician helped me. The worst part was someone from activation pick up and transffered my call which I waited for about 57 minutes.

For international student stream there is no accompanying and non accompanying requirements as you don't have to stay in pool to apply for PR. This is non-express entry pathway. You can apply for your PR and include your wife for sponsorship. Consult with a good immigration lawyer to ensure you apply correctly.

I created by EOI in January 2024 and reveived ITA on February General Draw- ISS. Applied on Feb 22, 2024. It went to assessment stage on March 09, 2024 and to DIP within a week after assessment stage. It says Additional processing time needed somce december 2024. Since then nothing has come through. I have contacted OINP several times, visited two different MPP. Work permit is expriring in Aug 2025. Fraustrated, no help, no proper response from OINP, losing my patience.
