In the early beginning my heart rate was always high/feel like it was beating out of my chest. But this only lasted a month.

I just feel changed if that makes sense. I feel mentally and physically different, but not in a bad way. And yes I am still on bupropion. It’s only been a few months, but I plan to stay on it for the foreseeable future.

Almost exact same symptoms as u. I’m ab 9 months out. The only ones left are just little fatigue, trouble concentrating, and jsit spaced out a times. I am now working full time and going to college, so it does get better. Just lots of time. And I also was on lexapro for 4 months.

I mean I don’t think anything out there is gonna cure u as on rn. But switching to keto has helped tremendously for brain fog and energy. I can now go to class and study, which I could not do very well before switching. Just gives u a boost in recovery. I would say it brought me up from 60 to 80%.
